Our Service Guidelines

At Luxe Laundry by Jordan, we are committed to providing a premium laundry experience while protecting the health and safety of our customers, equipment, and team. To ensure the highest quality service, we cannot accept the following items:

We Do Not Accept:

- Laundry that is heavily soiled with bodily fluids, human or animal waste, or other biohazardous materials.

- Wet or damp laundry that has been sitting for an extended period or shows signs of mold or mildew.

- Laundry from flood, sewage, fire, or disaster-damaged properties.

- Items with a known or suspected bed bug, lice, flea, or other insect infestation.

- Clothing or linens contaminated with hazardous chemicals, gasoline, oil, paint, solvents, or other dangerous substances.

- Items requiring specialty restoration or dry cleaning.

- Excessively dirty items that require industrial or commercial laundering beyond standard   wash and fold services.

Inspection Policy

All orders are visually inspected upon pickup. If prohibited items are discovered, Luxe Laundry by Jordan reserves the right to decline service. If an issue is identified after pickup, the order may be returned without service, and applicable pickup and return fees may apply.

Our goal is to provide every customer with clean, fresh laundry while maintaining a safe and sanitary environment for everyone we serve.
