Where is my laundry processed?

Luxe Laundry by Jordan is a pickup and delivery laundry service. Your laundry is professionally processed using premium commercial-grade laundry facilities, allowing us to provide the quality, care, and consistency your laundry deserves while we continue growing toward our future dedicated Luxe facility.

Do you wash my clothes with other customers' laundry?

Never. Every order is washed separately.

What detergent do you use?

 Unscented premium detergent accompanied with a scent boost and fabric softener. 

How long is turnaround?

Typically 24–48 hours, depending on service demand.
